Well Hello welovelocal.com!
Some of you may have heard from me before but for those of you that haven’t I’d like to say a big ‘Hello’. I’m the latest addition to welovelocal.com along with Andrea, Ed and Robyn.
A while ago you may remember Helen announcing that welovelocal.com had a majority stake bought by the jolly people at Global Radio (they are the great minds behind some cracking radio stations like Capital 95.8, Xfm, Choice and Classic FM, just to name a few). Well this is it - and it’s just the beginning! I’m Lizzie and I’ll be your Community Manager, We Love Local boffin and friend until the foreseeable future. I hope I can live up to all your welovelocal desires.
I feel honoured to be stepping into Helen’s Community shoes in the site and hope that you love how welovelocal with grow and blossom with this new team. Don’t feel abandoned by the welovelocal originals, they still love the site and will be popping back to write reviews every time the go somewhere lovely (or not so lovely) and local.
We want you guys to keep writing your great reviews and also let us know if something good is going on in your area. You never know, next time you could be the star of the blog…
