Below expectations
The new KFC at the Hardwick serves the usual great tasting food. However each time i've waited inside it has taken AGES. I've been twice and i'm not sure i'd go back. Both times i had no more than 5 people in front of me in the que yet it took a staggering 30-40mins. Whats even more unbelievable is that there was so much food just sitting there. The main problem is that the staff are so young and appear to be more interested in chatting than actually serving customers.

Just moved

Above expectations
These guys have just moved from london Road to The Hardwick Estate, a much bigger store with a drive thru option. Service is now a lot speedier, and the food is very tasty!
