Beyond expectations
the flying fox is a fantastic pub. the staff are super friendly, and go out of their way to help you. friendly atmosphere and the food is to die for!!!

The Flying Fox is great if you are brining grandma and kiddies with you, something for everyone, they do kids portions and nice sized tables, they will reserve tables for you if you ring in advance. Good parking outside.

As expected
Good SUnday Lunch but it's worth getting ther around 1230 if you want to guarentee a table. I would recommend the roast beef. Succulent innit?

Above expectations
The flying fox is rammed at weekends and is very attractive to those with families. I have always found the service to be good but if you dont get there early they run out of food quite quickly. The prices are good and sunday lunch is brill here.

As expected
This place does a nice sunday roast, and is always busy. Theres certainly alot of places to sit and its a nice looking pub. Its an order at the bar style pub and service is pretty good.

Handy to get to from the A5, this is a big pub where you're sure to get quick service, and the food's reasonably priced. Good for an office lunch out as well.
