As expected
Well I find the staff are friendly, when i went there to get my ears pierced and to have my hair done i found the whole experience quite relaxing although at points the staff did talk over me. I ended up with hair i liked... kind of...

Below expectations
I was really disapointed after my visit to Millie Brown as they had come highly recommended. Its a nice 'contemporary' salon however the place does look as though it could do with a lick of paint as it looks scruffy in places. I asked for a structured bob, short at the back and long at the front. The stylist did not listen at all and cut a traditional bob, chopping it at the front which had taken me months to grow.
