Great place to eat & Drink

Above expectations
This is a fab venue to go for a meal in the evenings or lunch with friends, it's also a great bar in the evenings, the people that go there are great & the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, had many a happy evening there with a few friends & lots of wine!! Give it a try

Below expectations
Billy’s used to be the life and soul of Harpenden, but recently, a lot of less savoury folk from Luton have made it their ‘local’, and it’s gone downhill.
I can’t help thinking that this now-slightly-pretentious bar needs to get over itself slightly, especially when it comes to drink prices!
