If you come here in a group its really really hard to keep away from the Shots on offer, halfway thru the night they always seem to appear, and those pesky chili ones get me very time. If you wanna make a night of it, then Revs is the place.

Vodka Challenge...

Revolution in Leics, known for it's weird and whacky vodka varieties is a great starting point for a night out, the atmosphere is great with live DJs some weekends!

Get your friends in the spirit of things with a vodka challenge... buy as many different flavour vodkas as you have friends and guess the flavours... mostly they taste like turps but it's an excuse to get merry!

This is SUCH a nice place to go on a Sunday like my friend and I did. We had a really nice lunch which was good value and sat outside in their garden bit at the front watching everyone go by. Inside is really lovely and it was so quiet when we went there we didn't have to wait at all. One thing though, and you may think I'm weird, but I hate it when bars have the women's toilets miles away from the bar, up four flights of stairs and in the attic like this one (not literally) but I could imagine on a quiet evening it's not very nice as you feel SO isolated. That's the only thing I would suggest they change. If you're like me and think about things like that, take a girlfriend with you.... also they have free papers so I imagine it'd be really nice to go on your own on a weekend and chill out during the day.

Lazy Sunday

We recently had a really nice, relaxed Sunday lunch at Revolution. It was a lovely day and we sat outside in their area just off New Walk.

It's a really nice bar at night, although they do charge a couple of quid to get in which I think is a bit off.

Other than that, great nights out and nices lunches.....not forgetting the vodka
