Below expectations
I visisted Lincoln in May 08 and was dissapointed in how much it had gone down hill. I came 2 years ago and it was brilliant. The staff was very friendly, also the door supervisors were very polite and helpful but when i went in May the staff wasnt as friendly and service was extremely slow. My personal opinion is that some of the door staff need to go on a customer care course.
Dogma get your act together!

Whilst at uni this was one of my favourite haunts in Lincoln, playing the best in dance and r n b and spread across 3 floors this is one of the premier venues for me.

Above expectations
This is a huge 3 floor bar in Lincoln that you could use as an early doors bar, or a full night experience. I'm told they also do great lunch food.
We went on a Saturday night when there was a small 5 minute queue outside. Inside was really full and it felt a little bit like we were getting pushed about a bit. There's a massive outside area at the back which will be great for summer.
Drinks seemed quite cheap - a 4 drink round costing about £11.

As expected
For those of you who don’t have a local Dogma, it’s similar to Revolution. Cocktail pitchers, shots and a fashionable menu of ‘sharers’ and posh breads. It’s bigger than Revolution, on 2 floors and is always packed out. There is a dance floor, pool table and if you’re going for lunch there is a terrace area out the back with lots of tables.

Above expectations
For a fabulous cocktail or food with friends there really is no better place in Lincoln.
The prices are around £5 for a cocktail but its worth it! Look out for the various drinks offers though as a great way to save some money.
There is a great choice of sandwichs and main meals as well as range of plates designed for sharing. I have yet to make it to dessert but there is plenty of choice!
The staff are friendly and the service prompt.
Overall a great experience.
