This place can get quite busy so i have booked before, It has a really good reputation and I can vouche for that. Ive eaten here many a time, and i do like the food alot, they staff always look after you and laugh at me for always ordering the same. So if you want recommedations, the alhoo chat for starters in potato and the chicken passanda for main. The desserts are frozen and weird, but you will be full by then, so just have a coffee.

The staff here are lovely, and you dont have to wait long to be served or for your food, thats not to say that you are rushed either though. Its resonable on price, but certainly not cheap, infact you get what you pay for and you will enjoy it, ive never had a bad meal here and its always my first choice.

I am always very impressed with this place the food is really really nice and great value.
The location isn't great as if you get out late you get allot of drunken people along the main road. Also due to it being on the main road parking is not great at all unless you go for an early dinner.
It’s a great night out though and can cater for large crowds without much of a meal delay.
The staff are really nice to and are very attentive!

Great menu, with friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere - what else can you ask for. The prices are resonable as well so it won't break the bank.

THE Curry house in Npton

Staff are fantastic, the owner Mohammed is a legend and is always on hand to make sure his customers get well treated. Its mine and my mates favourite past time to get hammered in town and then head to The Bengal. It really is the best curry house in Northampton!

Its a shame that Bridge street is full of cheap shops, as there are some great eating places, and this is one of them. They do my favourite Aloo Chat here as a starter and main dishes are very good too. Its not over priced and i think the tables are nicely placed so you can have a decent first date here.

This is great for a night out with friends before you go out into town. The food is fantastic and the staff are great. It's got a nice layout inside and althouh there's room for loads of people it doesn't get too busy so you get served quickly. The paintings on the walls are certainly a talking point! I recommend it

As expected
It was OK - an average curry place really. Popadoms were good with the yellow stuff. Staff were OK (ish). I would go back there.

I LOVE this place - food is amazing, staff are friendly and the prices aren't bad. It's really spacious and airy and you don't feel like you've been crammed in. Plus they have air con on (which I love, I HATE being hot) so the whole experience of going there is really nice. Vegetarian choice is good too. They also do coconut ice cream served in half a coconut like in Spain - it's worth going there just for that alone!

If Carlsberg did curry houses (in Northampton) ...

... this probably would be the best curry house in ... Northampton ... ok I'll leave the pathetic attempt at humour ... but this curry house is just around the corner from the Carlsberg factory and it's great.
Nice atmosphere, lovely food, although not the cheapest. It's always been busy when I go in there, so that's gotta be a good sign.
Only thing I'd say is that if you do go on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night, it is on Northamptons main street of bars so expect to see some of Northampton's 'finest' underage drinks crawling down the street throwing up everywhere . . . nice.
