As expected
The Balloon Bar is one of the nicest places to go on Bridge Street especially for lunch time as it does tend to be heaving at weekends. People pile out of it on friday nights coz its so busy. They have a really good dance floor and the bar moves quite quickly, its a good night out here.

This place is really for the younger market, but its a nice venue. Especially if you like your music loud and pumping. There isnt that many places to sit down and stay all night, but the drinks arent too badly priced, and service is quick.

Above expectations
Balloon Bar is best known to me on student nights, aka, mondays and wednesdays! On mondays when you walk through the door they give you a flyer that means your first drink is £1! bargin! There is a seating area right by the door, there isnt a great deal, but when you do get a seat, its really comfy! The dance floor always has people dancing on it, so no worries about being scared to be the first dancer on the dance floor! Drinks are cheaper on student nights, and at the weekend, the prices are your average Northampton prices.
