As expected
The pub has fairly recently been taken over by Ember Inn and had a complete referb. It is now a nice pub, although it is big there are lots of little areas tucked away to sit and eat, drink and chat. The décor is typical of Ember Inn, which is modern, clean and tasteful. There is also outdoor seating where you can have a nose as to what is going on in the village! The food is good, although the service isn’t that speedy. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.
