The owner of this shop before was incompetant and rude but it's been taken over by the same people as Geomoto (finchley) and they're nothing but good customer service, broad knowledge and helpful advice. Thumbs up to the new owners.

This shop is completely incompetent. I bought a bike from there in Jan 08 and have had nothing but problems with it, which they have been unable to solve. I've had to bring the bike back to them so many times, and in the end, I've had to go to another bike place to get some basic repairs.

Do not use this place.

The boss in the shop is down to earth & very helpful, I knew nothing about bikes really & wanted something trendy / quick to get around central London on, As I am a busy central London buildings surveyor, his stock is awesome, & I got a wicked Piaggio from there & even bought my teenage kids a cool Wet bike for the weekends, trailer as well !!, we even managed a nice %age off the price with him as I had bought all the necessary latest & up to date safety wear and accessories, their attitude is somewhat different from other "bikesnobs" that I visited over several weeks, & I now know where to go for accessories or advice in future, Definitely 5 stars for this one stop store, thanks again Paul. Coolness is back in Camden
