I'm not too proud to admit this place was chosen cause the name made us laugh, but liked it a lot.
Nice booze, good lively atmosphere, and some good spots to sit outside.
Close enough to the Park to feel out of Camden, but two minutes walk to the tube.
Camden? Really? Good pub this!!

Above expectations
Who would have believed that you could possibly find an area like this, literally five minutes from the centre of Camden. Pretty to look at and well organised, the exterior of the Spread Eagle is a joy to behold. The times I've stepped foot inside, I've also actually really enjoyed this place. It's true that staff can be a tad unpleasant sometimes, but they're okay really, and the decent beer and food (I've only had chips, but I enjoyed them) add to the effect. Incredibly busy, and deservedly so. I've had a few good nights here.
