Beyond expectations
Having changed from a shaved head to long hair, I was very nervous about getting my haircut - since I wasn't sure how to communicate what I wanted, but the staff here know how to read between the bumbling lines of my wishes and give me exactly what I need everytime.
Other places have charged me double, and left me wondering if they went to the Freddy Kruger school of hairdressing...(naturally, the Edward Scissorhands school would have been preferable)
I don't live in Chalk Farm anymore, but still make the trip when I need my biannual hair cut...
