Chinese Library with English books

As expected
This is a library which holds a large section of Chinese books. It has a newspaper section in both Chinese and English. A small computer section is always busy. Books are the usual good quality from Westminster council. A large DVD section has the usual good quality films I rented 24 and it worked well with no scratches. At weekends and other times discounts are available.
I have used this libraries very uncomfortable seats and find it's very busy filled with people hanging around especially tramps and bag ladies.
Printing can be a problem as the reference library is only a five minute walk away it is best to go there this one is only good for popping into do not expect to be able to study there or get any peace and quiet.
