Camper

I love camper shoes and have bought a couple of pairs every year for the last 4.

They're so comfy and if you get them resoled and look after them they'll last for years. I still have all 8 of mine. I seriously struggle to wear any other shoe.

The staff are usually helpful and willing to call/mail you if you're waiting for a shoe to come back into stock.
