Rotten salad

This place was recommended to me, but after I went there a few times, I will never go again. I've had 2 salads there that can only be described as rotten (only the edges of the cucumber remained - the rest had disappeared into slime). I put the first one down as a one off, but the next day, the lettuce was brown and slimy. Last Friday a colleague of mine bought a torpedo from here and had the runs all weekend. The only thing different he had from the rest of his family was this sandwich.
