ridiculously cheap, good pizzas in central London. Great for a quick bite at lunch or on the way home from the pubs around the west end...

Not Cheap Pizza on the Cheap

ICCO is a simple proposition and simple sale. Skip-your-next-meal-sized pizzas for under 4 pounds. Oh, and the pizzas are good too. They aren't fancy or gourmet - you can't have artichoke hearts or any of that, but the basics are covered and the atmosphere is always buzzing. Despite an almost constant line the staff move people through quickly and the student-y spill over from UCL don't linger long. Awesome.

Mamma Mia!

As expected
There is nothing I like more than a nice big lovely pizza, and this place certainly delivers on them! This great news is marred by one huge factor…. They take ages! Now I am a fair person and on the night in question it was rather busy but when you are on the edge of dying of hunger this news is not very welcoming!
My advice…go the pizzas great but factor in your wait!

This place was a legend in my first year of Uni. With self catered halls just up the road and pizzas in the £3.50 region, it was a total bargin.
Four years later, I'm happy to find the cheap buzz continues. Your only real worry is getting a seat.
For cheap eats this place comes highly recommended.
Fab cheap pizza and breakfast buzz too

How can their pizza be so good when it is so cheap and fast? Dunno, just glad it is and that it's near my office. It is where we head for lunch when all is going pear-shaped and we need cheering up and it is always the tops.
Ok so you have to hope they yell a vaguely-recognisable approximation to your name out when your pizza is ready (good hearing and lateral thinking helps at this point) but I love this place with its chromey tables and great buzz.
I love it not only for the pizza, but also for the fact that they see me coming in the mornings and have my hot chocolate and croissant to go virtually in my hands as soon as I reach the counter (it's my Cheers moment, like I'm a local in this city of anonymity) and its only £1.50 for the two - free croissant heaven!
oooh yes they are nice, nice people, and then there's the dapper old guy who always says good morning to me even on bad hair days, it all makes going to work just a bit less miserable. Big hangout for motorbike couriers in the mornings too a propos of nothing in particular.
