Not too shabby

As expected
Ah Shahbhag Tandoori...my local indian never fails to disappoint with its wide selection of great indian dishes, which all taste great. Yes, the waiters are a tad grumpy, but let's not forget that they are walking up and down a dark room, serving delicious food - without getting to eat any of it themselves. Yes the food is great, but I find I'm paying a little more than I want to be paying for a lamb korma, when I could pop down to the 'Bombay Bicycle Club' down the road, which is a little more expensive, but the food is fantastic. Try Shahbhag out, I'd be surprised if you didn't like it, but if the lack of lighting, and mellow atmosphere don't take your fancy, take a stroll down to the 'Bombay Bicycle Club'. If you don't like that, try the country sandwiched between Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Shagbag.

Above expectations
This Indian restaurant just down Hampstead high street with blacked out windows and an easily mockable name surprised me. The food is very good and in nice-sized portions and the waiters (although grumpy) tend to get the meals from kitchen to your table quickly. Worth checking out.
