Yum

Another branch of the London chain of Dim T. We occasionally go to this one if we don't want to go into the West End.

I think the staff are more efficient here but the menu is the same so expect dim sum and noodles.

My favourite combination is thick rice noodles with chicken and the 'healthy' topping. Try it!

Quick and tasty

16 Mar 08, 19:01 4* Above expectations

This modern, noisy, Asian restaurant is ideal for a casual dinner with friends, a quick bite before or after drinks, or a meal with the kids (no space for pushchairs but walking aged kids were everywhere on Fri night 7-8pm). Service was fast and the menu varied and interesting. Fresh and delicious (strong and salty flavours) main courses. Wine a bit yuk so maybe try one of the 12 types of tea instead. Good enough for the upper-class Highgate crowd (and a certain Spice Girl I saw in there) = good enough for me.

A bit dissapointing

14 Oct 07, 22:46 2* Below expectations

This branch of the growing noodle bar chain always manages to dissapoint on every visit.

I heave tended to order from the noodle bar menu, where one selects a type of noodle, a broth, and a topping, yet they always arrive missmatched, and with missing parts.

Avoid to avoid dissapointment, i certainly won't be back.

Predictable

25 Jun 07, 14:39 3* As expected

A decent oriental restaurant with a chic interior. The coupling of the slick black table tops with the moody pink lights make for an aesthetically pleasing sight. The food is good but it does take a while to arrive and the prices are too steep.

Contemporary noodle restaurant

11 May 07, 16:50 4* Above expectations

Dim T is a trendy restaurant serving a range of noodles and delicious dim sum - chinese style dumplings that come either deep fried or steamed. There is a great selection of dim sum, and you can mix and match the ones you fancy. The main dishes are also very good, and taste healthy. The atmosphere is smart and modern, and is matched by the prices.
