Great Venue and Hotel!

Above expectations
The hotel is very nicely placed on the river overlooking the london eye. Stayed here a few weeks ago and was very impressed. Rooms are lovely and big plus a great bathroom to unwind in. The staff were always on hand to help out.

Beyond expectations
Probably my first experience of a 5* hotel but the bedrooms are lovely. Bathrooms are all marble and lovely and spacious, beds are huge!!! All staff also were very helpful.

Above expectations
This hotel is a lovely place to stay - the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms nice, the staff friendly, the location central... all the things that you would expect from a 5* London hotel. What sets this hotel apart from the competition is the view from the 'River view' rooms. It is uninterrupted and superb. London Eye, Westminster Palace, Tower Bridge, The Tate, Millenium Bridge, Tower of London and Canary Wharf in the distance. Sitting and absorbing the view is a pleasure...
