As expected
This Caffe Nero is very similar to the rest of them, except that it is quite small and cramped towards the back. The coffee is adequate and the staff satisfactory.
The one thing that this coffee shop lacks though is a toilet, although a paying one from Westminster Council is opposite. There is a Caffe Nero further west along the Strand, on the corner of Waterloo Bridge if this is a requirement.
Avoid during lunchtimes and post-work, as the shop is located directly next to Deloitte and gets very busy at these times.
