Dissapointment

Below expectations
I've used this shop for years and spent a fair amount of money.
I expected more warmth and customer service from a family business, but all I've felt is dissappointed with the staff and the quality of their services.
Unfriendly, unreliable service, and occasionally does not do what it says on the tin.
Shop around, there's better to be had.

Best Bike Shop in North London

Beyond expectations
Extremely friendly staff combine with good service, very fair prices and excellent variety and quality makes this the best bike shop in North London.
Easy to access by bike, car, public transport or walking.
Very close to Hampstead Heath, (the entrance near the Royal Free in Belsize Park)

If it were true, which is very unlikely, then I would have expected Bob R. to have made contact with us first, before expressing his opinions in a slanderous way, especially so, as if he had "used this shop for years and spent a fair amount of money" then he would know us all very well. No contact from a Bob R. has been made to us. We are very friendly and welcome every customer and their bicycle into our shop.
All our customers, be it new ones or long standing loyal ones, are treated with the upmost respect and have been since we started in 1947.
