As expected
Situated on the busy Borough High Street, this Slug and Lettuce is a refreshing change from the barrage of old men pubs in the area.
The bright and airy bar with big windows is a nice meeting place for friends or for a quick drink at the bar.
The service is pleasant and quick, with lots of staff keen to clean and ensure your table and area are ready for new guests when old ones leave.
Despite spirits being served in small classes, staff are happy to meet all drink requests whatever they are.
Drinks are bog standard for chain pubs in terms of cost so doesn't feel like you are breaking the bank if you stay for a while.
Food is also standard and quick service,
Despite an awkward stepped entrance for prams it was a good family friendly bar.
