Well below expectations
Now DO NOT EVER go into these Estate Agents. Definitely the worst ones I have ever encountered in my life. Do not be fooled, a young woman by the name of Katie was very friendly and bubbly and extremely willing to help in the beginning. However, things got bad later on. Once we actually made our viewing appointments for a few local properties (as first time buyers) it was abruptly cancelled on us. We accepted their excuse which was that Miss Katy was off "sick". However we later found out this to be a lie as we saw her with another client parking up her company mini cooper! We were not happy to say the least. She had clearly gone with the "bigger fish" as we were indeed first time buyers with a slight smaller budget to spend. To our disgust we never wished to return, let alone re arrange for further viewings with this so called ethical company!
