On holiday (from Australia) and visited this cafe as it was given a good review in the Lonely Planet "London" Encounter book - we were not disappointed - it was great on all counts - food, atmosphere, price and service (the young blonde lady behind the bar was very helpful) - highly recommend. The beers (and range) were exceptional!!

Lovely place, strange beer (chocolate, raspberry) which is deceptively lethel. Be careful! Food expensive but very nice and quite posh. Staff usually friendly and the clientele is nice. However, can get very very busy.

This was my old local for years until I moved away.

The beer is excellent. The Kolner and Raspberry are remarkable. Don't let the cloudy pink colouring of the Raspberry put you off as its a great thirst queencher on a sunny afternoon.

The garden, beer and food make it very hard to leave on a sunny weekend afternoon. The perfect place for a weekend drinking and easting.. Be warned the beer is continental in strength. I think the IPA's 8%. The Sunday lunches are possibly the best in Greenwich

The pub's had a spruce up recently and its looking better than ever. The staff are funny and fun loving and will even give you a taster of their numerous beers..

What a great place this is! You can take your dog and your kids in. The staff are great, the beer is wonderful (and potent!) and the food is of a very high standard. Only downside is that it can get very busy and it can be difficult to find seats. Outside seating also available.

A perfect place to hang out on a rainy saturday afetrnoon. They offer seven house draught beers, named Meantime, each with a different and interesting flavour. You can either seat on their confortable sofas, in their rear terrace or enjoy a home made meal in the main area. A really relaxed and enjoyable place, on top of that within an unsnobby atmosphere (rare in this hot spot)
