Beachcomber Seafood Restaurant

We have been going to the Beachcomber restaurant for many years now and have got to say this is the best fish restaurant we have ever been to. My mum and I often eat losbster here and it is delicious! It's so fresh and succulent and all the fish is fresh daily. We have tried most of the menu now and have not had one complaint. The staff are excellent and the service is wonderful. We are always made to feel very welcome here and have told many of our friends who have also been here and will come again! We have recently heard of the plans to close this restaurant and to redevelop the site and build a hotel!!!! What on earth are they thinking of???? It would be a tragedy if they close this place, it's the only reason we visit Greenwich, apart from the Cutty Sark which as you know is being rebuilt at present, so Greenwich would not have any appeal to us and many others I'm sure, if they were to go ahead with their ridiculous plans!
