Beyond expectations
The atmosphere is great, the REGULARS arelovely, we travel up from Witham to enjoy The Globe. about 50 miles, it`s always worth the trip. Steve and Gill are "the best" as are the bar staff. Always good bands, and a full house. As I have said before, The Globe is "PROBABLY THE BEST PUB IN THE LAND" Long may it prosper. We must try an evening gig sometime. Just go there, you`ll love it.

Beyond expectations
This pub has a lovely atmosphere, they have a live band and sometimes people from the audience join in, with surprisingly good results. They have raffles and darts tournaments and for some reason both times I've been they have been giving out food! This is a proper east end pub, we even saw a man come in with a basket of seafood and sell people prawns and cockles in little styrofoam cups.

Superbly marvellous joint with true music as far as I'm aware most if not every night!! Monday's band are mindblowing and the guest stars are out of this world with passion, talent and to be honest some of them even shine! Love the place, anyone who is a musician or has a passion for music needs to check the Globe out! x
