Why venture to the south? The cocktails, DJ's and the meantime beer make this a cocktail bar stand out from other s-wanky shoreditch bars
I agree with a few of the other reviewers the bar staff are super efficient and it's best to come at the weekend

As expected
Possibly it is the fact that I'm not really a fan of the Liverpool Street suits that take over nice venues like this and get drunk and rude. It ruins the vibe. There are great cocktails and the staff are really sweet.
This place is nicer on the weekend (Saturday) when all the suits go home.
ps. get your credit card ready, it will break the bank if you're here all night.

As expected
Well I have to say the WiFi is cool but if you are bored enough to be surfing the net while in a club that says something about the club. ;-)
From some of the reviews I read on the net I expected a total dump but was actually quite surprised. Cool décor, friendly bar staff... It does get a bit loud and dark after 9 but I guess that is what it is supposed to do.
So as mentioned on the title, nice place but nothing totally amasing... Although I am sober enough to type this on my iPhone so maybe not the best reviewer! :)

This is a pretty swanky looking venue about 10 minutes walk from Old Street. It's got gorgeous lighting and a great layout with two floors and lots of bars.
Cocktails were lovely although expensive but the bars were stocked with all the upmarket spirits and enough staff to not leave you waiting for ages.

If you have been to Match in Farringdon you will find Sosho follows the same concept, mood lightening, cocktails with trendy upbeat music. The difference apart from the location is that Sosho is considerably bigger and has a bit more natural light in thanks largely to the skylight. Best to come here after 9pm to get some atmosphere but when it is busy it has a good vibe.
It's Match but not in Farringdon

Same lighting, same polite staff, same beers, same cocktails, even the same door. It's just Match but not in Farringdon. Not that I am complaining, if you've built the 2nd best bar in the world then you're not likely to change much. Like moving from the 4-4-2 to a diamond when you've won three on the trot.
The main difference being that this place is a lot a bigger. It has a downstairs, a DJ, and according to my friend who has been here before a dance floor when it gets a little later.
Oh, and did I mention the free WiFi? We'll no need to, I'm using it now.
