Beyond expectations
Make sure you go to the right bagel bakery. The first one from Bethnal Green Road is this one and the correct one. The one with the yellow sign is evil and puts bacon inside a bagel.
HOW WRONG IS THAT. Don't put illegal meat in Jewish bread. Jeez.
This bagel place is yummy and so ridiculously cheap it's hard to get your head around. Salt beef bagels are great late at night but it is like eating a whole raw cow. For lunch a £1.20 smoked salmon & creme cheese is unbeatable.

Above expectations
This bagel bakery has been highly recommended to me, so I took myself off there today. Bagel was very nice and a reasonable price - menu was limited, but everyone else in the queue ordered salt beef, so I'm guessing that is the speciality. Had a nice range of pastries (otherwise you would need two bagels for lunch). Will definitely be returning to try the other fillings listed

As expected
the beigal bake is one of my most best parts of my day everyday in the morning i visit this bakery for freshly made sandwhich rolls and for my usual soup or sometimes coffee the food here is fresh and ordered every day and the staff there are very welcoming and for the locals provide a great personalised service. this bakery is very nice and when having the choice of greggs or this bakery i woulds also go to beigal bake. the priceing is reasonable and food is great. this is a nice bakery to go to .

This bagel shop is infamous. It is open 24 hours a day and sells the freshest, tastiest bagels around. For the full experience try a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
