Above expectations
It took me years to pluck up the courage to go in here but I'm really glad I did.
Its a cute little bar and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside.
Loads of Irish people are always propping up the bar and there's a bit of a beer garden / standing area out the back.
It mkaes me want to drink Guinness whenever I'm in here.

Beyond expectations
This pub is really appreciated from the "heavy drinkers"! This is one of the best Irish Pub in Lonodon. This pub offers a wide set of beers, for every predilection. The unique thing is that this pub is, at the same time, a lively and recess place. More, the staff is careful and qualified. There are often live events and... the Guinnes is very good!!

An Institution!

Above expectations
The Shillelagh is an institution around these parts and well worth a visit. Don't be put off by the exterior, it's like the Tardis inside. It has very friendly locals, attentive staff and legendary Guinness. Look out for it's regular themed nights if you're a Johnny Cash or Sinatra fan too. It would get a five star rating from me if not for the fact that it doesn't do real ale but I guess even that can be overlooked from time to time!
