Beyond expectations
Just fantastic, a brilliant modern atmosphere and decor. Staff were atentive and helpful. The Spa itself was tranquil and restful, an oasis of calm in the middle of SHepherds Bush. We stayed as Bed and Breakfast guests, the breakfast was well cooked and choice plentiful. We upgraded our room, o an executive room which was everything we expected and more. The location meant we could get into the city in minutues. Would highly recommend, and look forward to visiting again soon.
K West reasonably priced hotel for business trip

Above expectations
I stayed here twice in the past two years while attending a conference at the Olympia. I like this hotel because it has been recently renovated and the decor is modern. I got a rate of 125 GBP per night which for London is reasonable. The Shepherd's Bush tube stop is 5 min away. The rooms I've stayed in have been very quiet although at night, loud drunken guests in the hallway have woken me up. It's a hangout for musicians and their friends, who party till late in the lobby/bar. There's a recording studio across the street. The minuses: in the morning the lobby smells like stale beer and cigarette smoke and that's not great because that's where you eat breakfast (unless you want to pay for breakie upstairs in the restaurant); Wi-Fi is not free (and is a bit slow).
