Well below expectations
Extremely poor customer service. Continuous delays with delivery of our furniture. 2 August 07 placed order, 26 October 07 received! 6 - 8 week delivery quoted on web site. No apologies, just many changed stories about where it was and when it would be delivered. The furniture quality is very good, which is a good job because we didn't receive a receipt for any part of the transaction! I also wrote an official letter of complaint and we didn't even receive an acknowledgement letter. Would not use them again.
