As expected
Have used this service for company cabs to be booked......usually excellent service but they can have the odd day off not arriving or ringing you and telling you they are there when they aren't, can get a bit frustrating. But overall definatley a company I used if I was in London as a tourist and needed a cab quickly.

Above expectations
Radio taxis are a bit sporadic. Sometimes they're perfect, on time, no hassle, call you as soon as they arrive at the pickup. On other occasions you can wait for hours for them to arrive, you wait on hold for hours in order to get through to the tracking line, and then they hang up on you. Risky.
