Banners is great for Breakfasts... I have not been there for anything else, but on the many occasions I have been for breakfast it always delivers. Good portions and perfect if you have a little weekend hangover.

The place is always packed, so you do really need to book if you want to make sure you can get in.

Banners is a Crouch End institution. You definitely need to book a table unless you want to end up eating at the bar. The food is great and you can get anything from fry ups to Thai curries and jerk chicken. The portions are generous and you might even spot a celeb if you're very lucky. Apparently Simon Pegg, Clive Owen and Chris Martin are regulars. It's a great place for sunday lunch but you may wish to eat there in the evenings as it can be very popular with the crouch end parents and their offspring!

Got to be one of the finest breakfasts anywhere in London

Great atmosphere, quality food, helpful and friendly staff.

It's always a great place to go with friends and a good place to nurse a weekend hangover. You have to tried the iced coffees.

If you are heading there at the weekend you will need to book, and if your nice they might let you sit at Bob Dylans table.
