Well below expectations

Let down twice now by these jokers, the most recent being May Bank Holiday Sunday. Pizza ordered (£50 order for several guests) at 8:45pm & still not delivered by 11:45pm. Only after numerous calls did they concede that the order had not left the kichen. I've never left a negative review of a restaurant in my life but this lot took the biscuit (which is more than i got!) .
