There aren't many independent shops or cafes left in Richmond, so we should be extra nice to Alianti.

On a side-street close to Richmond Green, this Italian-owned shop does a fine line in sandwiches, tasty salads and thirst-quencing juices, all at very reasonable prices. You can eat in, but you're much more likely to want to take your food out to the Green and picnic whilst watching the village cricket.

It's not flashy, stylish or inventive, but it does sandwiches better than anyone else in the area.
