Poor Service Poor Food

Well below expectations
This eatery is always so busy and bustling every-time I go past, I just assumed the food would be something really special to attract so many people. Turns out I was wrong.
I got lunch - or what I thought would be my lunch from here the other day and was disappointed. It seems incredibly unorganised, the whole serving system they have. None of the staff really understand English making an already manic lunch time even more... well, manic.
Back to the food, so I got finally managed to explain what I wanted to the person serving only to be told they don't have it. I had to point out to the person that what I wanted it was right in front of them.
The service was forgivable but the food was inedible. My baked potato was undercooked and solid, the beans were everywhere and the cheese over greasy. I had about three mouthfuls and threw it out.
I wouldn't go go back, sorry.
So-so Vege Take-Out

As expected
All vegetarian take-out café. Portions are big, and food seems fresh, but service is so hectic and disorientating it is enough to consider not going back. Invariably, staff struggle to understand your order and service can be achingly slow when there is a queue.
Nice Place for a Veggie Lunch

Above expectations
I was instrumental in the promotion of this fine little eatery to my colleagues -to the extent that the line is now just a little to long!
The Greenry serves a nice range of vegetarian dishes, on offer, as well as the usual jacket potatoes and salad. I'm a particular of the £4.75 meal deal that gets you a main, and two side orders, which if you ask me is actually really good value for money.
The only downside is the lack of variation, it tends to be the same meals each day, but given the selection of lunch time venues in Farringdon if you mix it up you shouldn't get too bored.
