like a bit of islington shopping on a saturday- the queue here was crazy but worth it for the friendly staff and a genuinely delicious lunch...expensive but worth it

Beyond expectations
This place is like nothing else. The shop is filled with simply spectacular pastries-no gimmicks, just melt in your mouth explosion of flavours. The restaurant, despite its 'designy' feel is unpretentious and comfortable. I love going there, even though it can get very busy, which of course is not bad.
Some of the finest cakes and sweet stuff in London!

Mmmmm cake, meringues, cake cake and more cake.
Plus quite a delicious selection of cold foods - all pre-cooked and on display at the front of the restaurant. It ain't cheap, but it's really quite tasty and sort of healthy. Well, not if you then follow it up with a passionfruit cake.

Beyond expectations
Quite simply one of the very best restaurants in London.
The food is fresh, and fun, with a tapas style served in small plates ideal for sharing between two. The staff are friendly and the the food tasty and imaginative.
this is probably my girlfriends and my favorite restaurant ever since our first visit with quite the best banana ice cream in the world. The menu is always surprising and always a joy.
