Undertrained and overly pushy staff

Below expectations
I've dealt with Hamptons quite a bit recently and their staff are overly eager to harass you at every available chance.
They are however flexible with viewings and have a redeemingly large selection of properties on offer, and simplify most procedures by doing a lot of it in-house.
Their staff have forgotten key details and bugged me at work for information they have missed off their records, which as you can imagine highly annoying.
There are probably better agents out there but their range of properties and convenience makes them likely to be used again.
