Above expectations
This pub is very appealing to the locals, which gives its a community like atmosphere. The people tend to be very friendly and welcoming. The lunch menu is really nice with a variety of great british pub food, the burgers taste wonderful. Last but not least the service is organized to provide efficient customer service.

this is a nice pub/bar which is appealing to all types of people. they sell some great pub lunches and some great drinks for the locals , the spirit inside the pub is great and is appealing to all people. the staff are welcoming and make everyone in the bar feel welcome. on football game days two large screens are turned on and all visiters enjoy the spirit inside the pub. one of the greatest pubs i have ever been to.

This is one of the best of pubs i have ever visited. this is usually filled from the locals, who enjoy there great pub lunch. all types of food is available in this pub lunch but the burgers were especially nice. on game days two large screens display the games being played and this makes the whole pub unite and become intergrated. the pub owners provide a great customer service and this pub is a very welcoming place.

I used to watch football here all the time, and, unless Arsenal or England or playing, it has a good atmosphere without getting packed. The food is also decent, making it the perfect solution if your girlfriends birthday happens to coincide with a big match. FYI, it's not called the Islington Tap.

As expected
Good selection of lagers. Nice staff. Have not eaten here but its all usual pub food burgers and Sunday Lunch special. Good for football as they have two large screens one at either end of the pub. Don't allow people to wear football shirts so they atmosphere is usually alright.

Above expectations
This is a nice pub/bar away from the bustle of Upper Street. For this reason, it attracts locals rather than young people on a mission to get drunk, and so has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
