Bad communication skills

Well below expectations
In my only appointment with Dr Kateb, he kept his back to me the whole way through the appointment and didn't look at me once. He was rude, barked questions at me, and smirked throughout. I have a chronic condition and need to be seen regularly - I will not be remaining at this practice. Also, they don't even have a way of measuring your height! Not a big deal, I know, but you'd think this was a fairly basic piece of equipment...

Well below expectations
My first and only experience with Dr Kateb ended after 5 minutes with him stating that lots of people use the internet to take care of problems, suggesting I should have done the same rather than making an appointment with him about a long-lasting infection. Unbelievable and arrogant
