Appauling service

Ok, we all have heard complaints about dry cleaners. However, shirtstream near kensington tube takes the price. They have on numerous occasions ruined friends' clothes and refused to make any compensation (they even made them pay for the cleaning!). They show total disregard for customer service and even common decency. I have since long decided to boycott this place and urge you all to do the same.
