Beyond expectations
John at Phillips Butchers is an absolute legend. He does Welsh lamb, Scottish beef, good pork, oxtail, home made sausages, kidneys, lamb and chicken liver, pork pies, rubs for your ribs and ribs for your rubs. If you want someting else he can usually get it if you give him a bit of notice.
Best of all is the service from John and his trusty sidekick, Evei. They are always on form and ready to swap thoughts while the beasts are chopped up for you (and sometimes for a while afterwards).
Go there if you believe in shops, people or meat.
