Alfresco Drinking

The Frog and Forget-Me-Not is a great little pub bordering Clapham Common. Decked out with knackered old sofas and picnic benches, it manages to avoid the pretentiousness of the area, making the whole atmosphere more charming than your usual pub/ bar.
I’ve never had the insight to buy food, relying solely on the wine instead, but I’ve heard good things. They serve Thai food during the week, and roasts at the weekend.
The roof terrace is a great spot for Sunday afternoon drinks, and quite a little sun trap – although it is a shame that they don’t do table service as after a few drinks the walk down to the bar seems more like a trek

Nice Pub - why the Thai?

The Frog and Forget Me Not is a nice pub, with a busy, friendly atmosphere and a cracking roof garden overlooking Clapham Common.
Every Tuesday night is Quiz Night, which is a great quiz (although I've yet to win...) and is reflected by the fact that the place is always heaving with a young crowd.
The food is great but, bizarrely, mostly Thai. I'm not complaining, I like Thai food, but it's a bit odd and completely unexplained to have a Pub/Thai hybrid. Great place though.
