I have been couple of times there from time to time I have changed many hairstalist ..I found one which was great!! lucas..profesional and really charming..till he disappear..so do I

Couldn't cut straight

Went to have a trim - as was trying to grow my hair for my wedding . A fact which I stressed numerous times to the man about to cut my hair. After trimming an acceptable amount of the bottom, he then started trimming my layers and pulling all of my hair into the layers. I ended up with over 2 inches being taken off. I also ended up with a fringe with random uneven lengths - which I had to trim at home to make it look OK. I couldn't get out of the salon fast enough.

Rushed and poor

I have had highlights here twice, and as the above review says, Guru can usually squeeze you in at short notice. However, this also meant that they were juggling lots of people at the same time and I felt that they really rushed my highlights. This could have something to do with the fact that the highlights were nowhere near my scalp - or the fact that the person doing them was poor at their job!

Also, the offer of 25% off highlights only seemed to apply the first time i went...?

Altogether i felt ripped off and harassed when i left, not relaxed and pretty as i was hoping! I don't recommend it.

Hair cut at the weekend

This place is great if you want to get your hair cut at the weekend. They are open on a saturday and sunday and if you call up in the morning there is a good chance that you will get an appointment that day. Staff are friendly and they look after you when you are there, although it is quite expensive and take cash as the card machine was broken.
