Beyond expectations
I had been driving past this shop every day for 5 months, such a nice looking shop, when we needed some carpets for our new house in Clapham we decided to finally go in and have a look. It is run by 2 brothers who, from the outset, offered the best service we have had in ANY shop, Fantastic Ranges, honest advice, no hard selling, very family friendly (great toys for kids) we took so long to make a final choice and yet we were never pressured into hurrying our decision, every call was returned when promised and the fitting service was unbelieveable, the carpets are stunning, we had one tiny issue regarding the fitting and amazingly they informed us that they wouldnt take payment until we were 100% happy, the fitter came back within a day or so, then one of the owners came to our house (after hours) to inspect the job and to check we were happy. What a refreshing change to find a business with such a fresh approach. 10 out of 10
