There are certain pubs where I get settled. Pubs into which I will become a regular, spend ridiculous ammounts of money, and often leave in an intoxicated state. As a trainee Journalist, this was one of those. Situated in a relatively quiet part of Stockwell, the Priory Arms is a brilliant place. Serving great lagers, and great ales (CAMRA members cheer), it is a friendly and cheerful location. With sky television and food to die for, it is just fabulous. I've also heard over the years that the quiz was good, but I confess I've never attended it. The selection of board games is great though.
