This has been my local since moving down to London a couple of years back. A very welcoming, well-presented place, it has a fairly good range of beers (though not many ales) and a great menu. The food is affordable and really excellent - from the homemade burgers and the gourmet fish finger sandwiches (haven't enjoyed one so much since I was 6 years old) to the lasagne and curry.

They also have a different theme on every night, from dice night (try to win free drinks) to quiz night. The quiz is great fun, and whilst difficult it can be won!
