Wah Moul

This is the first time we had ordered from Wah Moul and was unsure what to expect. We found the service to be very good. They showed patience when I was unsure what to order as I had no menu. The food came before the estimated time which was only 25mins from the time of order. The delivery man was very polite. The food was of good quality with good portion sizes. I believe it was good value for money and we're happy to use them again.

I ordered a takeaway and asked to deliver to Crystal Palace. I gave the address and postcode and told it would take 45 mins. I waited and 40 minutes later I received a call to say it wasn't coming because I lived too far away!! They then tried to say I didn't give the postcode at the time of order which was a complete lie. They then grudgingly agreed to send the order but it would take another 45 minutes!!! I said forget it. Terrible terrible service. Do not use unless you live right next door!

we order from here so much that they know who we are before we've told them. The food is good, always arrives quickly and hot and they do amazing huge spring rolls. Their chicken fried rice is perfect. The delivery driver is always incredibly polite and always acts surprised when we give him a tip.

Really fast service, great food - with more decent veg than you usually get from take-out Chinese. And the delivery guy is always scrupulously polite!
