Started off well...

As expected
Was brilliant to begin with but now it comes down to who serves you (if it's Jackie or Antonia then you're in for a great sandwich/coffee/etc). Some of the other staff however can be unpleasant or often muck up the order.
Still a great selection of food though and one of the better places to eat in West Norwood.
